Frequently Asked QuestionS

Q. How long workouts last?

A. Workouts are 45 to 50 min

Q. What techniques do you use for your workouts?

A. Workouts are intended to increase your power in every area. I tailor and test every training session before I expose you to it. I use a combination of metabolic training, weight training, gymnastics, flexibility, and speed at a high intensity level in order to challenge and keep you out of your comfort zone.

Q. Will I know the workout ahead of time?

A. One of my goals is to increase your mental stamina, metabolic endurance, and to shock the muscle.Your sessions are always different. Routine is the enemy of progress. One day we might work on improving your cardiovascular endurance by using training tools like kickboxing, burpees, the slam ball or sprinting. Other days we work exclusively with resistance bands to tone and strengthen the glutes and abs. Other days we focus on power lifting and flexibility and other times we do full body workouts.

Q. Can I keep training with you after three months?

A. In the three month of the program you’ll be learning to adopt a lifestyle. At the athletes request I accompany them on a grocery shopping experience and help them understand what kind of foods are better for their individual needs. My goal is to teach them as much as I can so they can make continuous progress towards the best version of themself. It is possible to sign up for another cycle (3 months) as long as the athlete has been making significant progress. At the conclusion of the three month we can have an interview to determine if the athlete qualifies for renewal.

Q. Do you have a workout for beginners?

A. The needs of an athlete differ by degree not kind. The same workout that I tailor for myself and my twenty years old athletes can be completed by my 80 years old grandfather or my 5 years old daughter. Of course I will not expect the same intensity or load my elderly athletes the same way I do with a firefighter or gymnast but they both need to squat, increase their power, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, flexibility, strenght, balance, stamina, and agility. Is my program for you? Absolutely!
