ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
Bodies By Lulu is a three month intensive transformation program. During the time of the program the athlete is required to train a minimum of three times a week and follow a nutritional plan that is customized to their goals. Every four weeks athletes are scheduled for a body composition analysis.
The results of the analysis will help us make adjustments in order to implement the needed changes for optimal results. Food intake is closely monitored daily and members get feedback after submission of their meals. Athletes have access to my personal line for any questions they may have. Due to the personalized nature of our program space is subject to availability.
